We are looking for new team members to join our Guest Service team at our beautiful support office in the heart of Amsterdam! At YAYS we have adopted new technology to manage our properties, reservations and check-ins remotely. Do you have a warm personality with excellent communication skills? This is what you’ll be doing:

• Represent the YAYS lifestyle brand and help our guests make the most of their YAYS experience.
• Welcome our guests through multi-channel communication prior to arrival, guide them through the smart technology we use, ensuring a smooth check in process.
• Receiving guest feedback and being pro-active in the moment when solutions are needed.
• Coordinate with our Housekeeping, Technical department, and mobile team to facilitate requests and ensuring the best guest experience.
• Offer a high level of guest service to ensure we get the best possible reviews back from our guests.
• Be responsible for efficient payment collection and other administrative tasks.
• Contribute positively to a warm and welcoming team environment.

About you:

• Responsible and organized.

Awesome to have:

• At least 4 days or more availability, preferably full time.
• Willing to work on shifts (including weekends, public holidays and evenings).
• Are fluent in English, other languages such as Dutch are a plus.
• Hospitality background is a plus, but not a must!
