Our Mobile team supports our Guest Service department. We are looking for a new mobile team member to join our Guest Service department in Amsterdam! We need a multitasker in the evenings and weekends to take up small tasks and assignments, being the connection between our Guest Service team and our guests. This is what you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with our Facility team and the Guest Service department, to ensure our in-house guests have the best experience in our apartments.
• Travel through Amsterdam on an e-bike or scooter to facilitate requests
• Execute technical tasks and monitor our properties across Amsterdam
• Support Guest Service team with daily tasks as needed
• Be open to the variety of daily tasks, every shift will be different!

• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Proactive and solution oriented.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Amsterdam.

Awesome to have

• You are native or fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby area.
• A scooter license.
• Hospitality background is a plus, but not a must!
